Not much going on today for me, though I did take a kick-ass 40 minute cycling class followed by 30 minutes of yoga. Quite the combo! So otherwise I tried to work on my Java programming assignment which I can't do because I don't understand it (it's been a long time since I did square roots and I'm not even sure how to do them with an online graphing calculator since I sure don't have one lying around) and then have been watching True Blood and knitting. In fact, I was almost in tears about this second part of the lab assignment from last Thursday; I knew it would be difficult for me, math-wise, but I also keep getting error messages even trying to run the basics. :(

For a glimpse into this rather mundane day, here's a photo of Taffy getting to do one of her favorite things: licking out a container when most of the contents are gone.

Hope you all are having a more productive weekend than I am. The next thing I have to look forward to is going to the grocery store with my stepdad and then singing a solo tomorrow morning. Must try not to get nervous…
