Tolkien story (shortish) beta? Anyone?

I don't know what's up with me, but this morning I finished yet another year-long languishing Ardaverse story. It's barely 7 pages, Denethor-as-an-adolescent time period, and actually has a scene that's in my story "A House Divided," but from Denethor's POV. I sure amuse myself as an author. :P Anyway, I've learned never to submit anything anywhere without an editor. So… takers?

I'm also thrilled to say that "Fathers and Sons" made it through HASA's reviewing pool. I don't think I'd submitted anything since "A House Divided," actually. Last year was the year of HP, I suppose. Now I'm about to go into Arthur Weasley heavy-angst. Hee.

Maybe it's because I've only gotten about 8 hours of sleep total over the past two nights. Last night it was between midnight and 4 a.m. It's amazing how much you can get done when you get up at 4:30. But I really don't want to be making a habit out of this; it's bound to catch up to me.

wow, 4 hours of sleep. i soooo couldn't function on that. congrats on your productivity though.

not much time to write right now, headed out for a 3 day girl retreat. should be nice.

Well, I don't have much choice, lol!! It doesn't help that last night I slept for about 2½ hours, then S.O.'s snoring woke me up so I slept in my stepson's room, but had a horrible nightmare; woke up at 5 when his alarm went off, went back to sleep and had another nightmare, this one HP-oriented. I would have been better off awake!!

And yes, I know you can't beta LotR, but when I revise the second Ron/Draco (or just leave it and do a successor) or get my agnsty Arthur story written, I'll ask you to beta that, sweetie.
