thrihyrneThis will be quick, but I'm at the Edinburgh airport, safe and sound. I'm about to go and try to use the bus system with my heavy luggage, but I'm sure it will all work out. My posting will be spotty, but at the airports they have these handy email kiosks, so I wanted to let you all know I'm just fine, enjoying wearing a woolen cardigan, listening to the accents, and not talking a whole lot. No fic progress yet, but hey. I've only been out of the country for a matter of hours!

Date: 2004-09-13 12:48 am (UTC)well done on crossing the pond successfully - and I'm v impressed that you didn't bitch about the flight...I'm always bitchin' about long plane flights (but travelling _anywhere_ from Oz, ceptin' NZ and some pacific islands, equals a flight of at least about 8-9 hrs, and usually about 12-14+hrs...as you know!).
*hugs* have fun playing in the cold weather and doing the accent-immersion thang.
