I've finished two knitting projects this morning. So of course there are

This is the Hoot Cardigan (not designed by me) that I'll be sending to my brother's second son if I can get him to let me know where he's living. :P

Baby blanket for
evannichols's sister, Arwen, expecting in December. I've decided that since I do have a lot of yarn leftover, I'm going to make a knitted poncho for Hazle, the first-born, age 4. As a first-born myself, I have vague memories of appreciating getting some gifts as kind of sympathy since I was no longer the only child, and attentions would be focused elsewhere.
The rest of today will focus on making a crazy amount of buttonholes in my convertible riding pants, making 20 covered buttons, packing for being away from this home for a week, and at long last putting a zipper in my Samus cardigan again so it's a proper cardigan. Plus I have Charlie's Angels "Full Throttle" from the library to entertain me while I hand-sew a zipper into a sweater. Yay. :D
