This is a public service announcement: I am now fully committed to dreamwidth and am there just as I am here as thrihyrne. And if someone wants to share with me how to do the link so just the little icon shows up, feel free! I'll learn how to crosspost soon. I added you over there. I don't post much there, though that could certainly change. If most of my favorite communities weren't still over here, I'd switch.

Your journal hasn't imported yet, but I added you. Here's how the coding works to get icons from different journals--substitute < and > for [ and]:

[user name=whomever site=livejournal.com]
or
[user name=whomever site=archiveofourown.org]

you can do those two, also DW itself (of course) and IJ. I don't know about FB.

You have to check the crossposting settings at the bottom of the page to get it to come out the way you like, but it's not difficult. If you have the same userpics on both DW and LJ, you should be able to pick a userpic for the post you write on DW and have the same pic come up on the crosspost.
