Have you tried Benadryl? (Or rather, store-brand equivalent.) That's the same drug that's in OTC sleeping pills but it costs less if you buy it branded for allergies. I take it probably three or four times a week - I'm trying not to take it every day. It does make me a little draggy getting up but coffee gets rid of that.

I have, actually, once. It kept me awake! I was so frustrated. I tried Sominex and it did the same thing. I could try again, though; maybe my body chemistry has changed a little bit.
