The extended Two Towers

Saw it last night at 8:30 with my friend Rebecca. We were both in costume, and 2 of only about 25 people in the theater. We had a great time, and are really looking forward to Tuesday. I'm already worried, though, because RotK is 3 hours, 45 minutes. I know that I am going to have to have a potty break at some point, and I don't know this movie like the others which I've seen so many times. Ack! What will I end up missing??
I went to Lessons and Carols, then the end of the year choir party, which I attended in my costume (the party only, not the church service!). Got lots of compliments, which made me feel really great. Must say that it is a really pretty dress, but unless I make a cape to go with it, I'll have to hope it doesn't get too cold because no coat I own has sleeves that can fit it. *crosses fingers*
Stayed up until 1 a.m. to write down the 4 plot bunnies I have in my head, 2 are HP and 2 are Tolkien. There is absolutely no way that I can write them and knit my little gifties and make the rest of my Christmas cards and see RotK and keep my job and sanity, and can't the 6:00 a.m. flight Saturday morning to spend 8 very quiet days with my dad and stepmom. Hmmmmm. Maybe I'll write on the plane. Whatever. I don't enjoy flying.
RotK tommorrow!! I'm so glad my boss is cool enough to think it's funny and let me have the morning off. Knowing me, I'll wake up at the same time regardless, and be frantically running errands. I keep having panicky dreams about missing parties, or events because there was just too much going on.
