At long last, I have my pictures from when I spent the night with llembas, plus another couple for good measure.





Here's yours truly and her own Captain Jack, taken at my Halloween party this year. (and no, that's not Mr. Thev, it's Mr. H. who is also taken. But he makes a darn good pirate!!) I do think that Eowyn would make a far more convincing pirate convert than that twiggy actress from PotC. Ick. Can't stand her.



This is my stepdaughter's hand after her best friend drew this gorgeous tattoo-ish thing on it. I wish she would go into the tattooing business; I'd rather go to a woman but it's such a rough profession it's usually men.


Now I'm off to eat some lunch and write up the reviews of a couple of good fanfiction stories I read over the weekend.

Oh, and llembas, I got your beta this morning. Can't thank you enough for taking the time to do that for me!! Hope you are feeling heaps better. *blows kisses*

great pics, K. always nice to put a face to an LJ-er (tho have seen Jen in the wilds of geocaching too is nice to see you guys together).

and, like Licia, I approve greatly of yr pirate hand-bag. where can we get one of those? Mr J is probably more Mackenzie Crook (wooden eyeball guy) than Johnny Depp...lol. he'd love to hear me say that too, being the big fan of The Office that he is.

Yeah, he's pretty fabulous. He and his wife play Celtic music and are all-around great people. Last year he came as Snape to our Halloween party. :D :D

*hugs* Yes, I'm feeling much better. And I'm all happy and silly today for some reason. The mood will probably be gone tomorrow so I'm trying to enjoy it while I can. :-)

I am, too, but it's for a couple of reasons, but mostly: I got your package yesterday!! **jumps up and down** I'm listening to the "Remus/Sirius" one right now; I've listened to almost every track of "Whatever" last night and was pleased that I knew some of the songs. The ones on the R/S are just perfect. I'll need to put it on this evening and maybe I can actually finish up my R/S story!! You have excellent taste in music. And you must have vast amounts of it. Thank you, thank you!!!

Yay! I'm glad you liked them! Um, yeah, vast amounts of music sums it up pretty well. The whatever cd are songs I just grabbed off my hard drive. I'm a music downloading junkie. It's an addiction.
