The most gorgeous song-

I think that "The Angel" by Sarah McLachlan, both the text and the song itself (her voice, the piano, guh) is one of the most beautiful anthems I have ever heard, regardless of it being pop music or Anglican music, whatever. I'm probably all melancholy because while (joy, rapture) it's cool enough to wear a cardigan, I picked the one I wore a lot while in Scotland, and today I noticed two white cat hairs on it; from the dear cat that would sit on my bed while I was at the B&B. Sniff. The holiday is over.
p.s. an idle thought; as a writer, at least on the side, the thought of trying to write song lyrics has begun to cross my mind, probably not least because I live in 'Music City.' Somebody's got to write all of those lyrics, and not all singers are songwriters, right?
