Today is one of those days in which I'm nearly positive I'll be hit by a bus. It's been such a great day, and it's only 10:30; I feel as though something must be about to go horrifically wrong.

But on to why it's been great: I love my job. Love, love, love my job, especially today. I've received two compliments on my earrings, of all things; had one of the 'library groupie' students just be kind and talk to me for a bit; I've just helped a trio of students find a video about chair exercises even though they'll have to go to the public library to get it… I feel so accomplished! I also got a 4-page letter written to my dad and stepmom, and wrote a drabble that I'm proud of but I'm afraid I may have mis-posted; it was only 7:15 a.m. when I did so. :facepalm: Several friends have birthdays tomorrow and I'm excited for them. In writing to my parents about my new place I'm newly enthusiastic about moving on and moving out.

I have fun, potentially vivid 'no-color-god-ever-intended' red hair color to do my hair with. I have to mow the lawn first, though, as with all the rain we've had it's positively jungle-ish.

I think I'll go have some breakfast now.

Thank you. I'm beginning to feel more like me, too. The color isn't meant to be *super* unnatural, but I decided, why not. It always ends up fading, anyway!!

I'll do a big 'ol spammy email with my new address in a week or so.

Thanks- me too, lol! I'd love to totally shake my cold, but it's not enough to keep me down. I think a lot of this has to do with the weather, too; it's autumnal and grey and chilly and my favorite. :)

Sounds like your having a good day. We've had a weeks worth of rain too, and there is too much water still on the ground to mow yet. Maybe tomorrow, and that would be good as I need to mow too. I can get my fic started for 'best mates_xmas'.

I've been working on my - Fred and George ficathon -. I've given it to E.A.S. this morning to look over. I did this one first since it's due on Oct. 2, I believe. I hope my day goes as well as yours.

We'll see— I've been a redhead since I was 15, but the shade tends to change over time. Plus of all haircolor, it's the most likely to fade. Thanks for the happy dance thoughts!
