An evening to myself, with Fandango dollars, and… Goblet of Fire played for its last time yesterday.

:mourns:

Guess I'll go see Narnia.

Just for the record, you did see it at some point, right?

Narnia was good, but it reminded me just why C.S. Lewis isn't one of my favorite authors! But yeah, I had wanted to see GOF one more time, too!

I'll probably go to Blockbuster and rent a set of Queer As Folks, but that costs money. Boo, hiss. Maybe I'll just read and write.

*runs to look*

Whew - it's still playing at the cinema here, although only one showing - at least it's a matinee! I think I will have to go either today or tomorrow...

{{hugs}} Sorry it's gone for you! Do you have a local 2nd-run cinema that it might come back to?

I don't think so; Harrisonburg is pretty small. I suspect the library will get a copy or two- maybe I can get on the list for it. But I wanted to use my Fandango bucks to see it on the big screen!! Phooey. Glad that you can still see it. Maybe it's playing in Charlottesville…

Crossing my fingers for you that it is! Looks like I'll be going tomorrow... I got up late today and have been dinking around, still need to run several errands, so I've missed today's show.

GOF? SBO?

watching the goblet of fire was like having a small bowel obstruction.

well, not really. but it was really long, and the small bower is much longer than the large bowel.

happy new year. :-)

It was quite long, but mostly enjoyable. A fair amount of eye-candy for me, anyway. ;)

Happy New Year to you as well!! :D

Yes, it sure is!!! I'll probably go by the local library and browse. That's free.

((hugs)) Glad you got your card! :)

OMG!!!! IconLove!!! We JUST watched Princess Mononoke last night - the second time I've seen it. Miyazaki is my idol. ♥

Miyazaki is beyond brilliant. I love Princess Mononoke, obviously, but My Neighbor Totoro remains my favorite. You really can't go wrong with any of his stuff, though.

New icon for you, too! Obviously I need to go check out your lj. ;)
