Oh yes, re: Bill Weasley. In OOTP I think it mentions that Bill is on the tall thin side, while twins and Charlies are shorter and stockier. You be thin enough to do Bill! Still has long hair/pony tail. No mention of freckles though. (at least not on Bill) :)
