New knitting project

thrihyrneI ordered some yarn over the weekend for a project but they ran out of it, but that was for the best because I'd been waffling on the color and frankly I'd misjudged the amount. So I remedied that yesterday and want to share what my newest project will be! I'll be making this cardigan:

Can't wait for the yarn to arrive and start on it! It's wool, but I suspect I'll be able to wear it every season except perhaps summer. I found the pattern for free on my fave knitting site, Ravelry. I was thinking about making a vest instead, but I really enjoy having cardigans as a layering element.
