OMG, this was so beautiful! Maybe my favorite post, so far, and that would be a hard decision. I like Pellaz, and Vaysh's tenderness towards him is so touching. After all, he's the one who will be Tigron, and Vaysh, the "failed experiment" is expected to care for him. What mixed feelings he must have! But the point is---he does take care of him, and he feels for him. Vaysh is certainly a better har than most would be. The fact that he can care for Pellaz and really feel for him says so much about Vaysh's capacity for love and compassion, even though he's chosen (or, more accurately, been forced) to bury those feelings. WOW--all the emotions you've managed to stir up in this one post---amazing! I look forward to the next one, but I'm also grateful for some time to recover! Thank you. It was compelling as well as heart and soul consuming.
