I'm so glad!! I had to put in some foreshadowing of Cal, and love doing so through my original character's eyes. I'm thrilled that the mounting narrowing in of Vaysh's past, present and future is coming through; I wanted to have a bit of time to actually fill in his years in 'the cold place,' but I don't want to linger there for too long before bringing Pellaz into the picture. And from there, it's a fast tumble into Immanion and Phaonica and The Meeting.
Isn't Bartek beautiful?? ::happy sigh:: But so is Vaysh. ;) And I think I should now make an icon for Firethorn, now that he's all grown up and beautiful in his own right. ;)
