Mel, you nailed it. PGH had me watch the miniseries of Battlestar Galactica Thursday night, and that's totally where my inspiration came from. It's more than vaguely familiar. :D I think I'm hooked on BG, though I don't think I'll write fanfic.
How cool that you know that fandom! I finally could recognize an icon I'd seen, maybe even yours, of Starbuck in her bunk with a cigar. I was really impressed with BG. So you've seen totally through my wee vignette, nearly entirely based on that. Kudos. I'm so pleaed that you enjoyed.
