Yes, I'm pathetic— I've not posted in days. I have nothing to report. I wrote a bunch of letters to people on my flist last week; I work; I'm writing this Ron/Draco which is taking over everything else in my creative mind; I'm beta'ing for someone new; and I'm thrilled at the number of people watching ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
ginger_lust and even more excited that people besides me are signing up to write! I've also watched several interviews with Daniel Radcliffe about December Boys opening. I'm continually impressed at how down to earth he is, and charming, accessible, good-humored and self-deprecating on occasion, and how even he finds it funny that Rupert Grint's ice cream van purchase is far more interesting than anything he, Dan, has bought.
So. In this DH-compliant, EWE-genre R/D, I've had Draco spend three years in Japan. I want him to have gone to a club called Hidden Desires, though of course it would be in Japanese. In online searches I can tell (I think) it'd be something along the lines of kakurete or something with kaku as the base of the word (hidden) and nozomi/nozomiasu (desire). If anyone can help me, any friends of friends or whatnot, that'd be cool. Oh, hilarious. Another Google search has reavealed an adult Asian video called Hidden Desire, but it's Chinese and just has the letter characters, not a phonetic translation which is ultimately what I'm looking for, I suppose.

I do have a sore throat and may be running a slight fever. Boo, hiss. Maybe I'll just spend some downtime and watch Brokeback Mountain again, which I checked out from the library. But I also got Buffy season five, a set of 6 episodes, also from the library. I've only seen part of one episode ever, I think, but I've done a wee bit of research into the fandom. I'm afraid that the ones I have are before Oz shows up and before Willow is gay, or knows it. See, I know enough to be ridiculous. :P Nope, Wikipedia has set me straight. Still, perhaps it'll be fun to watch after I gargle with hot salt water.
