Gifts real and virtual a-plenty!

My heartfelt thanks to redpiratemel, sexyscholar and brumeux77 for their LJ gifts. I feel so blessed and flattered that you all are thinking about me. Thank you for the pots of gold and belief that I'm a person who is worth something. My thanks also to wolfiekins and koshweasley for the funny Appalachian postcard, to honor74 for the card and Driving Lessons soundtrack (SQUEEE!!!), to stuckinsea yet again for the gorgeous MI art (I really do want to finish up this last chapter but it's just getting longer and longer, woe) but also for your letter, received today. And to lena3 for the very thoughtful card and care package: Godiva chocolate and other goodies!! You spoil me, truly. I really can't wait to be with you and The Boys in May.

Oh, and after it being in the low 70s yesterday, today we've been getting about an inch of snow per hour since noon. ::rolls eyes at weather::

I'm so grateful to you, my friends: my life would truly be bleak and uninspiring without you. Wolfie and Kosh, though you won't see this until you're back home or close, do be careful on your drive. It seems like the weather isn't cooperating at all. I'm sure you wish you could stay in Florida. :( Personally, I wish you could stop by on your way back, but it'll be the end of May soon enough, I suppose.

Oh, and I'm really pissed off at the inanity of the Commonwealth of Virginia right now, but I'll rant about that on a filter next week.
