Didn't have so many problems with the static; it was surprisingly humid, actually. I'm having to rethink my initial perceptions, and I'll have a longer post in the next day or two now that I've had some time to ruminate. Am back in VA, where it's very humid and I feel totally overwhelmed (mostly because I'm about to go house- and petsit, so I'm living out of a suitcase), plus I wrote several pages on this R/D fic for mad_maudlin in my head on the drive back and I managed to leave my flash drive at the library before I left and… just pulling a Ron. I do now have an 'I heart Ron' button and bumpersticker. YAY RON!!
