Yes, I've posted three times today; I'll be back to usual soon. But liriaen. OH MY GOSH. Your package arrived today! You said you'd send a movie, not a movie and several totally decadent bars of delicious looking chocolate, and orange cookies (sampled! and delicious!!) and a fabulous scarf with sparkles, and postcards, and perfume, and a collection of Städel museum tissues/napkins and yummy scented sachet...
It really was like Christmas! You spoil me, so, so much!! I wish I had cool things here I could send you, but I feel like I'm in a pedestrian place compared to you. That said, I think I'm going to embark on a project as a thank you and get it to you in the next couple of months. Surely I can find something indicative of Portland or Oregon and send you a care package.
I haven't tried watching the movie yet; I'll give it a spin here in my Mac momentarily, next I'll try it out on the TV if for some reason it doesn't work.
My dear, you've really, really spoiled me. I don't feel worthy! I got all teary when I saw the beautifully wrapped items. And I'm really loving the Five Quarts book!
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'll get a proper letter with a couple of little things off to you. My mind's working on something more substantial for a future gift.
