Yes, I went to Lulu and self-published a book version of both Magic Immunity and Crown of Rope combined, featuring the cover art of the R/D picture in this icon that the beautiful stuckinsea had commissioned for me. I keep the book private as, well, it's fanfic, but if you wanted one, I could make it public for a couple of days to let you order one.
