Userpics wtf

I just used one, and it's changed. To something I don't recognize at all. Has this happened to anyone else? What's going on??

When it happened the other week, users were advised to clear their cache and refresh.

Your icon is most likely still there; you don't have to reload it. It's just LJ getting its wires crossed.

That happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I have an icon from a Magritte painting that randomly turned into another painting. But only for a few days. It was very odd.
