I do the same thing when I fly. In fact, I tend to do it when I'm driving or in any other situation where something horrible could happen. And I worry about the same things - what will happen to all the things I've left undone? It's a very disturbing and unsettling feeling.

As for the G/R story, I'm so excited to read it! I know you had trepidations regarding writing George as not-straight, but the fact that it's flowing so well for you bodes well! And if you can accept George as not-straight, it's just a teeny step further to see the true love that is F/Hr.

I wouldn't be me if I hadn't put that last sentence in there.
