I talked with [livejournal.com profile] two_point!!!

:D :D :D :D :D ♥

I feel like a rock star. It's the first time we've actually talked, and while it couldn't be a long conversation since it wasn't a weekend, I'm so thrilled to have had a conversation at all. I love fandom friends.

That's all, lol.

We're going to take over the whole stinking world.

And I'll get to talk to your properly on Sunday. I swear.

*snicker* (about doing great phone, lol)
I'm going to have at least one more NY visit before heading back out to the northwest, so we'll get together again! Hopefully for more than 2 hours!! ♥

You know we will!! And very much looking forward to a longer talk when there are no time constraints. :)

You're kind about my voice! I think I kept expecting to hear a German accent since everyone else I know who writes Weiss Kreutz is German. ;) I'm thrilled beyond measure that you live relatively close. *g*

Us WK freaks are masters at bad, fangirl German.

Actually, I'm afraid to even pronounce the name of the fandom. And some of the characters.

I want to learn Russian.

Did I ever tell you I studied Russian for 3 years in college and spent a month in the then-USSR? I've checked out a beginner refresher course for myself, but keep getting sidetracked…

No you did not! But you show much more sense than me because I studied Russian for no years in college and then spent a month in what was suddenly no longer the USSR and it was pretty mind blowing. The majority of the trip was focused around St. Petersburg but I took the night train to Moscow and was there for about a week. Where did you go?

I was in a town called Vladimir, about 3 hours east of Moscow. It was through a program at the University of Southern Illinois. We did spend two days and one night in Moscow, but primarily we were in Vladimir. Interesting times, to be sure!! And wow, really no icon for that, lol. So here's a redhead!
