Bliss is...

Cheese toast.

Newly rediscovered.

Piece of bread, a slice of American cheese, and a healthy dash of cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Toasted.

1970's childhood. Edible.

yummy

We have it with mature Cheddar cheese and Branston pickle. Mmm. It's one of Mr Altariel's special skills, he gets the toast perfect.

That sounds yummy, too! It was a most excellent dinner.

We did it

with ketchup, cheddar cheese, and maybe a sprinkle of garlic powder - "cheesers" we called them.

Cheesers, eh? They sound good too! Can't go wrong with cheese, honestly. So nice to hear from you, being across the pond and all! :) Thanks heaps for the postcard- I'm looking at it right now. I taped it to my shelf in my office.
Oh, and this weekend I'm treating myself to the most recent "Passages" chapters. So glad you're continuing with it!

Cheese toast sounds really good right now, especially with some sharp cheddar, but leave off the sugar/cinamon! *grins*

Oh, but it's the cinnamon sugar that makes it truly wonderful!!

I'll have to make some more this week, except after having a grilled cheese and tomato sandwich yesterday, followed by pizza for dinner, I think I've probably had my cheese quota for the week. Except that I don't have one. I eat it all that time. :P
