So glad you enjoyed! I really have fun highlighting Gimli's friendship/connection with Pippin, almost as much as his unexpected friendship with Legolas. Tolkien put it in the books, and I love expanding on what he mentioned. I'll be highlighting both in the upcoming two fics that I've planned out. :)
