Yay that you're with Dean on the word 'boyfriend.' There really isn't a good word, but when writing this, he was adamant that he wouldn't use that term. Dean has some unexpected idiosyncrasies that keep surprising me.
I'm really thrilled that you're enjoying this so much. It's been a struggle for me to figure out how to get Fred involved, frankly, since I started out with such an ugly breakup and me trying to figure out Fred's motives. I'm determined to keep writing (and bending Wolfie's ear about it!) until the characters tell me how it happens.
