Yes, for all who love this holiday as I do, and boy do I love to dress up, HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Yet another reason why I love my job: today happens to be our all-library staff Dean's Coffee over at the main library. They're having a costume contest. I'm in my Éowyn gown, which I can never seem to actually put under an lj-cut, but perhaps I'll try again. I'd better win something. :P But mostly, I love wearing this dress, as it is quite dreamy and I feel like Éowyn, that I'm intelligent and caring and private and can kick ass and I'm a force to be reckoned with. Plus I just look really good in green velvet.

At any rate, here's a link to the website where I found all kinds of help when I was researching this dress, and it has some pics of me in it. If pictures are taken today, I'll post them; now that I live alone, it's a bit hard to get pictures of myself.

Hey you! Thank you for the e-card... nice and scary!! :D Thanks for the compliment; it is a lovely dress, and I've been known to look so on occasion. ;)

About the pics- that can be an issue, can't it? I have almost no pictures of me from 2005, but it was also a very rough year. And it does seem funny to want to get a tripod just to have pictures of one's self. :P
