I happen to be in a cave-writing mood again, drifting back to crystals and gems and the subtle dark, and at the same time, I'm also re-reading Lord of the Rings, and I'm thinking like a dwarf while reading it!

Yay for Dwarvish thought!! I was looking through LotR last night (as indicated, lol) and just discovered yet another really cool thing, which is that Dwarves are the ones who made the caves that then the Mirkwood Elves took over. How 'bout them apples?!
